- Baby is yawning, hiccuping, and rolling around
- Myelin sheath begins coating nerves
- Ears are in final position — hearing is well developed
Symptoms at 18 Weeks Pregnant
- Most women feel movements clearly now
- Leg cramps at night
- Possible dizziness from low blood pressure
Tips for Week 18
- 1.Lie on your left side to prevent dizziness
- 2.Stretch legs before bed to prevent cramps
- 3.Stay well hydrated and take magnesium if cramps persist (ask your OB)
